"The Palms" villa is well maintained and in a good residential area. It is privately owned and managed, and is fully air-conditioned. The accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 people. It  includes:

• Spacious living area with vaulted ceiling.

• Comfortable lounge with cable TV cable TV, video and stereo systems.

• A patio door leads from lounge to the private fully screened patio and solar heated swimming pool area. Patio furniture and barbecue are also provided.

• The luxury master bedroom has queen bed, cable TV and large en-suite

• 3 more double bedrooms with twin beds and an additional bathroom

• A double sofa-bed in a quiet living area

• Kitchen and dining facilities are to the highest standard and include cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal

• separate laundry room.

• All linens and towels provided

The owners supply directions to the villa from the airports and popular car hire depots, including maps so they are easy to find.

The villa pool has solar heating for the summer months (free of charge), and heat pumps for the winter months (free / chargeable, depending on the booking arrangements) in our opinion pool heating is advisable unless it is the height of summer, for your best enjoyment.

The villa is in a palm tree lined drive, just three miles or so from the local shops. There's a Walmart about 7 miles away and Disney and the theme parks are nearby. Shopping malls are like theme parks in themselves. International Drive is a popular shoppong area whilst Belz is a factory outlet discount centre. The Florida Mall is on Orange Blossom Trail and Down Town Disney is the place to go to prove that you have been to Disney!
