This ancient 17th century Italian country house has been newly restored in 2005, and the villa is now beautifully furnished and equipped for a superb vacation in the heart of the National Park of the Appennino Tosco-Emiliano.
TUSCANY RENTAL VILLA DETAILS
Situated in the small medieval village of Croce in the Appennino Tosco-Emiliano National Park, the house can accommodate up to 12 people, or as few as 2, depending on availability. Bed and Breakfast is also available if large parties are not staying at the villa.
Villa Ca' di Chiarella comprises three floors, which can be accessed by an elevator. The fitted kitchen and dining room make self-catering a pleasure and the lounge is situated in the large 'round floor'.
PRIVATE BEDROOM SUITES
Each private bedroom or suite has its own TV, internet point and refrigerator. The suites even have their own lounge/seating area and some have their own outside terraces.
Garage parking is available with additional outside parking for up to 6 cars. Communal laundry facilities are provided.
Outside is a walled and well stocked private garden with bread oven and barbecue.
The accommodation can be selected to suit individual requirements from 2 -15 people. If you book as a party of 15, you will have exclusive use of all ground floor facilities.

Bed and Breakfast acommodation can be provided for smaller groups, so please enquire.
LOCATION
The farmhouse is set in the heart of castagna country (chestnuts), close to the Malaspina 13th century Comano Tower, with trekking on the doorstep, and the opportunity to experience horse riding and mountain biking, and just 40 mins from the famous Cinque Terre coastline.
Lucca and Pisa are just one hour away, and Florence is 2 hours drive.
Pisa one hour, Genova 90 mins, Milan 150 mins. Car hire available at all airports.
