Comfortable Spain family holiday villa to rent for vacation rental at Nerja on the Costa del Sol
Oasis de Capistrano is, as the name implies, a beautiful tropical garden community situated on the Eastern outskirts of Nerja. This villa to rent has glorious views from its patio vantage point.

Nerja is a medium sized town, the centre of which is a 15 to 20 minute walk away, it is unspoilt by high rise development as seen further along the coast, with a lively nightlife and a large variety of restaurants.
It is famous for the cliff top plaza called the Balcon de Europa and the nearby caves at Maro. On its southern side there are a series of sandy palm fringed beaches,
whilst a mile or so to the North the mountains rise into the National Parkland of the Sierra Almijara, famous for its picnic areas and mountain walks.
THE VILLA FOR RENTAL
The property is the winter home of a retired British Airways Captain and his wife, and is only 45 minutes drive along the motorway from Malaga Airport.
The beamed ceiling, arches and interesting staircase adds Spanish style to this comfortable holiday home.
There is a 20 channel TV and video in the living room, and
a woodburning stove provides a focal point and warmth during cooler evenings.
The kitchen has been refitted with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and electric fan oven, and the large dining cum living room has a ceiling fan.
Doors lead out from the living room onto a terrace that
overlooks the largest of the three swimming pools.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION
The sleeping accomodation consists of two double bedrooms with twin beds. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room, and there is a separate bathroom.
THE GARDENS
The villa is surrounded by exotic and well- maintained sub tropical gardens, through which runs a mountain stream that feeds fish ponds under spreading palms and bamboo.
Two minutes walk brings you to the Exotica Restaurant and Bar, whilst at the top of the estate there is a bus stop and the Las Fuentes Restaurant.
There are sea views, the famous aquaduct, and
Burriana Beach is 10 minutes walk down the cliff path.
A choice of two super markets are just 10 minutes away.

From £320 to £500 per week for four only sharing.
The price includes weekly linen and cleaning on departure.
