FIRST.- Please fill in the reservation form with apartment preferences, number of persons, arrival and departure dates and any other additional information you may need.

SECOND.- We will confirm availability of the apartment selected. If it is not available, we will offer you other apartments available for your dates.
To process the booking, we will ask you to send the following information to issue the contract:
- Full name, date of birth and passport number of each guest.
- Your full address and telephone number.

Minimum stay 4 nights.

THIRD.- Once we receive your personal data, we will send you the contract via e-mail with full details and terms. (Copy of the contract can be sent in advance on request).

To confirm your acceptance of all terms, you will then be asked to print it and return it duly signed either by fax (no. 0034 93 319 0228) or by post to the following address:

FOURTH.- Payment terms.
30% to make the reservation fully effective.
70% 45 days before arrival.
Breakage / Security deposit from 300 to 600 Euros depending on the apartment (payable in cash upon arrival and refundable on departure less any deductions that may be applicable).

If the contract is undertaken in advance of a time less than 45 days before, one payment shall be made for the full amount.

All payments must be effected by bank transfer to the bank account mentioned in contract.
Banking charges must be paid by applicant, and should never be deducted from payment.

All our prices tax included.

Important Note: Your reservation will only be 100% EFFECTIVE when we receive both the signed contract and the 30% booking deposit into our account. To avoid any problem, we would thank you to send copy of the bank transfer documents to fax no. 0034 93 3190228.

FIFTH.- Cancellation Policies.

- If the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, bcnApartments will refund 70% of the total rent amount.
- If the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival date, bcnApartments will refund 35% of the total rent amount.
- There will be no right to any refund if the cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to arrival date.

SIXTH.- Confirmation.

Upon receipt of both the signed contract and the booking deposit into our account, we will send you an e-mail confirming your reservation. On receipt of the balance rent amount into our account, we will also send you written confirmation.

You will be asked to provide your arrival and departure times (e.g. flight time) at least 7 days before arrival to allow us to organize meeting in front of the apartment, handing over keys, etc.

SEVENTH.- How to meet in the apartment.

About 7 days before arrival, we will send you an e-mail with full instructions to meet at the apartment, including name and contact telephone number of the person who is going to meet you and show you around the apartment. This will be your "Welcomer".

Once you have arrived in Barcelona, you will be asked to phone your Welcomer to confirm arrival.

Your welcomer will give you the keys, show you the apartment, explain you a little bit about the area and collect the 300 / 600 Euro breakage deposit in cash.
Please arrange appointment with your Welcomer for your departure.

Your Welcomer will wait for you 1.30 h from the flight arrival time you give us. After this time, he/she will leave the apartment and you should call him/her to arrange a new appointment, with an additional fee of 30 Euro.

If you arrive or leave the apartment out of working hours (Monday-Friday 09:00 - 19:30h; Saturday 09:00 - 14:00h), an additional fee of 30 Euros will be charged.

EIGHTH.- During your stay.
Please contact us immediately if you find anything missing or in bad condition, or if you accidentally alter or break anything, so that we can settle things satisfactorily.

Kindly try to contact us during working hours and ONLY call mobile phone numbers out of office hours in case of emergency!

NINETH.- On your departure.
Departure should be before 10am, but upon previous communication, we will try to be flexible if no other guests are checking into the apartment on the same day.

The Welcomer will arrive to check the apartment, collect the keys and give you back the breakage deposit of 300 Euros, after deducting telephone charges or damages if any.

On request, we can book a taxi for you in advance.
