The area...this building is located in the fashionable El Born. This apartment is located in the same building as the apartments 001, 002 & 006, please check description of this area. The building is built in an open square with trees and a fountain. In the Gothic Quarter streets are narrow and it's a "luxury" to have such an open view. 5 minutes walk to the harbour
and 10 mins to the Magnificent Cathedral
and to Barceloneta
area with its terraces & fish restaurants. Very well connected with bus and Metro (metro station :Barceloneta or Jaume I) |

The apartment...it's built in an 1890's building. The best of this 50 m2 apartment / studio is the terrace and its view, as well as its location. Please note that it is on the 4th floor without elevator! When you enter there is a shower room + wc on the left, on the right side there is the open kitchen/living /dining room, all in one, open plan. This space has 3 windows and a glass door giving a lot of light to the studio. From this door you go down a couple of stairs and go out to the 30 m2 terrace There is a table, chairs, deck chairs and umbrella. The bedroom is next to the living room. Wake up and have breakfast on the sunny terrace from where you will see the top of the green trees in the square, Pla de Palau, which it overlooks. It won't just give you the feeling of being in the centre of the very lively and trendy El Born in the Gothic Quarter, but out in the open too, green and relaxing...... The decoration in the apartment
has been done by the young couple who own the apartment. We have selected
it for its fantastic location and very sunny terrace. |
