The area... Located in the heart of the Gothic quarter, there are countless cafes, bars and restaurants just outside of this beautiful apartment.

Take a nice 10 min walk to harbour, beach and Las Ramblas. Art galleries and charming shops give an eclectic atmosphere.

The apartment... This apartment in an 1890's building is completely renovated, high quality, very well decorated, warm atmosphere, wooden beams and floor, and modern art which gives character; the paintings & sculptures are from local artists.

Views over a square with trees and out to the twin towers of the Olympic Harbour. It is rare to find such light views in the Gothic area, with it´s narrow streets.

Master double bedroom, king-size futon style with a private terrace, to enjoy the sun during the day and dinners at night from where you can see the bell towers of Santa Maria del Mar. Kitchen in wood and bathroom, fully equipped.
NO elevator, 5th floor of the fully restored mediterranean style stairwell.
Air-conditioning and central heating.
