Located just 10 minutes from historic Javea on the Costa Blanca, this rental villa is set in quiet surrounds with glorious views.

THE JAVEA VILLA FOR RENTAL

The rental villa is situated within yards of the Golf Course and 10 minutes from the town, beach and port.

The house has Central Heating and Air Conditioning, making it suitable for year-round rental.

The large living area has a sofas set around the central fireplace, with a TV that receives BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5.

The dining area seats 6, although most people use the seating on the veranda and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toasters, fridge freezer, etc.

Pool, gardens and stunning views

The villa boasts a very large12 x 6 metre swimming pool with steps, set in an extensive lawned garden.

Seating under the arched veranda provides al fresco dining and entertainment for large gatherings, with views over the pool, gardens and the Costa Blanca.

Now that's what I call a proper barbecue...

The house has 4 bedrooms. Cots and High chairs are possible on request.

Main House

The 3 bedrooms in the main house comprise 1 double and 2 twin-bedded rooms, served by 2 full bathrooms.

Separate Casita

This rental villa has a separate 'Casita' in the grounds, with a twin bedded room and large shower room. Ideal for teenagers or grandparents who want a little extra privacy and space.

Parking

There is ample parking and security with electric gates all set in a quiet location.

JAVEA

Javea is a pretty town with a long history centred on its port. Narrow streets, restaurants, cafes, shops and its covered market make it a tourists paradise. The beaches are sandy and backed by the mountainous Costa Blanca scenery. A wonderful holiday destination for the whole family. The rental villa is equidistant between Valencia and Alicante.

BOOKING INFORMATION

The house is the 2nd home of the owners and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and for this reason, a deposit will be required.
