A fine broad terrace runs along the length of the apartment, big enough for all meals to be to be taken 10 mts from the sea overlooking the picturesque pedestrian precinct, free from noisy traffic.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge/dining room and kitchen with terraces at the front and back.

Each morning you can see the quaint fishing boats leaving the harbour on their way to work in the Mediterranean. Windsurfers flit by with the occasional yacht wending its way into the harbour.

A highly sought after area, Javea port still retains its Spanish roots with restaurants galore within walking distance, indeed the best restaurant in the Port, Calima, is on the ground floor of the same building.

With or without a car you need never eat at the same place twice.

A small beach is directly opposite the flat, with the main port beach around 100 mts away, the Arenal beach is about 2 km from the port area.
