Beautiful new rental town-houses, situated in an ideal location in Calonge (Cala D'Or), south-western Mallorca (Majorca). The houses are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with views to the country side and the sea. The swimming pools at the end of the cul-de-sac enjoy maximum privacy making them ideal holiday homes.

THE APARTMENTS

THE ACCOMMODATION

Each house is on three levels providing a private sun-roof terrace.

All three bedrooms are at the first floor and include build in wardrobes. A master double bedroom with double bed, a second twin bedroom and a third smaller bedroom with bunk bed.

Both double bedrooms have balconies to the front of the property enjoying views to the sea and country side.

The ground floor has a large lounge/diner with TV, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), downstairs toilet and utility area with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
A sofa-bed is provided in the living room so the property can accommodate up to 8 people very comfortably as it is very spacious.
The houses are as suitable for a family holiday in the peak season as for a low season holiday, as they have both air conditioning and central heating.
Mallorca is specially attractive at the end of January through February or even March when the almond trees blossom and the island is tinted white. This combined with the brightness of the island throughout the year makes it unforgettable
Bed linen and towels are provided. Air conditioning and heating costs are included.
Ideal location for joint holidays with other families or large parties as the properties are door to door.

Location:

The houses are situated in a quiet village (Calonge) just 3Km from Cala D'Or which marina is fast becoming one of the most cosmopolitan in Europe and the lively resort is surrounded by an array of restaurants, bars and clubs.
The properties enjoy the quietness of a small village, with access to some classy restaurants, a small supermarket and some bars, yet is merely 4 min drive from the lively day and night life of Cala D'Or.


The closest beach is also around 3km away and there is quite a lot of diversity, from the crowded beach of Cala D'Or (3Km) to the untouched beaches of Cala Mondrago (natural park around 8km away) and Cala Sa Nau (4km).
The airport is around 45min drive from the apartment and a taxi would cost around £20/30euro

Activities

The area caters for a huge range of leisure interests. The numerous sandy and sheltered coves are perfect for swimming and a wide variety of water sports. There is an 18 hole golf resort just 3km away from the houses a windsurfing school and facilities for water-skiing, wake-riding and jet skiing in Cala D'Or. Boats are also available for hire together with glass bottomed boat trips.

From £350 to £800 per week for each apartment. These rates are adjustable depending on the season and the length of stay
