As temperatures soar the apartment keeps cool whilst inside with marble flooring and full air conditioning. Puerto Pollensa
The appealing Resort of Puerto Pollensa lies on the northern tip of Mallorca amidst beautiful scenery. It enjoys a sheltered position in the magnificent Bay from which it takes its name.
Its delightful setting and friendly atmosphere have helped to make it a favorite amongst artists, holidaymakers and indeed the islanders themselves. A popular haunt for ornithologists who come to study the varied species of bird life in the area.
Although it has facilities of every kind the Resort retains an attractive old world charm with life revolving around the harbour with its fishing boats and attractive pleasure craft. Open air cafes and chatty bars provide a peaceful setting for an evening stroll.
Amongst the streets you will find fascinating shops mixed with several convenience stores providing provisions for those taking a self catering holiday but should you wish to eat out there is an abundance of very good restaurants close to hand.
From Puerto Pollensa you can enjoy sailing, water skiing and wind surfing or patrol the coast in a chartered cruiser. Other sporting pursuits include tennis, horse riding, golf or exploring the surrounding by bicycle. By hired car you can venture further afield and visit the small neighbouring villages. The more adventurous driver can tackle the winding mountain roads to visit the lofty views looking down into the bay such as the nearby rugged headland of Formentor with its awesome splendor which can be seen from car or boat visits, each producing its own magnificent scenery.
The old town of Pollensa is a few miles inland and is well worth a visit. Palma itself is just 36 miles away and accessible by local bus.

A £200 deposit is required against damages and will be returned following inspection on your return to the UK.

The apartment will be available from 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival, and we would ask you to vacate by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure.
All breakage’s and damage must be paid for. Please advise Julie or ourselves of these.

An invoice will be sent approximately eight weeks before the holiday payment is due, this is to be paid within two weeks of the invoice date.

Pollensa (North): The villa can sleep 6 and has its own private pool. The villa is surrounded by magnificient places that you can visit, the beach is only 3 km away. 2008: Available from March 1st to April 11th, April 18th to 26th, May 10th to 17th, May 31st to June 14th, July 26th to August 2nd, and from August 23rd onwards.
Alcudia:Family holiday 3 bedroom villa near Puerto de Pollensa in quiet part of popular resort 2008: Available from May 13 - June 3, June 24 - July 1 and from August 26 onwards.
Andratx countryside: - Villa with pool. Situated in the countryside and less than a few minutes by car from Andratx beach. 2008: Available until 31st May, June 6th to June 14th, June 28th to July 5th, August 16th to 13th September, 4th October onwards.
