VILLA FOR RENT (Sleeps 11 in 5 bedrooms)

The villa occupies 300 square metres over three floors.
There is a big dining room with large dining table and TV and a little kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, gas stove, oven and food processor.
On the second floor is a suite (or a triple room) with private bath, and a large study/library with an internet point available on request.
RENTAL ACCOMMODATION
On the first floor are two double rooms with private baths and two double rooms sharing a common bathroom (with shower). The fifth bedroom is the suite on the second floor.
VENICE REGION TOURIST INFORMATION
The area is famed for wineries, specialising in the production of Prosecco sparkling white wine and red DOC wine. This Northern region of Italy is also a storehouse of art treasures.

Large villa on working vineyard: The white building in the photo next door to another villa, making this ideal for large family holidays. Outdoor swimming pool, large rooms in restored old building. Close to the Dolomites for walking, horse riding and cycling, the owners are also able to arrange cooking courses, wine tasting and guided tours of Venice by an expert in the City and its arts. Sleeps 11 in 5 bedrooms. 2010: Available from September onwards.
Rural villa near Venice:
Large villa on working vineyard: Outdoor swimming pool, large rooms in restored old building. Rental apartment in the Cannareggio district: Close to the rail and Vaporetto station, this 1 bedroom apartment with courtyard provides quiet city centre accommodation for exploring Venice and the Venetian way of life. The famous sites of San Marco Square, the Doges Palace and the Bridge of Sighs are within easy reach, as the many buildings and works of art in this incomparable city. 2010: Available from August 16th onwards.
