The villa is situated in an exclusive private estate called Can Furnet which is 5 minutes drive from Ibiza town. Infact there are amazing views of Ibiza Town from the villa. The estate is very secure with its own security guards, reception area and it even has its own private tennis club. Access to the whole island is perfect, the nearest beaches are within 5 minutes drive, it is 3 minutes from the golf club and close to practically everything, including Ibizas largest supermarkets. The villa is ideal for families and groups alike.
The villa
On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms. All with views of Ibiza town. The master bedroom is spectacular. It is huge, with its own terrace which boasts a beautiful Jacuzzi for those hot summer evenings.
Downstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms, two of which face directly on to the swimming pool. The kitchen is open planned and faces onto a large comfortable living room and dining area.
There are 3 bathrooms/ showers and 4 toilets. 2 bathrooms/showers are up stairs one is en-suite in the master bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs.
The Outside area and garden.
There are two large patios areas, both are covered. One patio is used as an outside dining area and the other is used as a relaxing area where you can chill out while watching over the pool. The large bamboo bed in the middle of the Chill Out Area was especially popular this summer.
The swimming pool is large ca. 10 meters x 4 meters.
The garden is large, with beautiful flowers, fruit trees and palm trees at the front and the back. There is also a great barbecue area.
For the children there is a fantastic secure play area with swings, sea saws and a small elevated den. The swings and slides are built above a large sand pit. My children spent their whole time in this secure area.
This is a beautiful villa and I am keen to rent it to either families or groups of sensible adults.
