The villa is located on a hill overlooking Palaio Limani, Spetses. Situated in 3 acres of private property and enclosed by a 12 feet tall stone wall, the villa combines privacy with great views of the surrounding area.

The villa was built in the late 1700's and this historic building has been lovingly restored to provide modern comforts without altering the traditional island architecture. This holiday rental villa totals 250 square meters, with a large West facing veranda.
The "great room" provides a wonderful open living and dining room that runs the length of house.
To make your holiday easy and relaxing, the villa is fully equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay, and the furnishing and paintings provide the finishing touches to your holiday in the Greek Islands. All you need pack is your personal belongings.

Master Bedroom
- The master bedroom features an over-sized double bed, has its own bathroom and is located on the north east side of the house, for privacy.
Second bedroom - 2 single beds
The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a sofa bed
The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.
SEPARATE ONE-PERSON APARTMENT
This apartment can be used to accomodate an 8th person or an au pair. Please note that if you opt for the available housekeeper service (provided on your request at extra cost), this apartment will be reserved for the housekeeper.

Views of Palaio Limani
For swimming, there are several areas you can choose from, all within 10-15 minutes walking distance of the house.
The beach of Agios Mamas is a 10 minutes stroll from the house
The beach of Agia Marina is 15 minutes away (5 minutes by a rented scooter)
The Tapia beach is the closest swimming area to the island's downtown core. Perfect for a quick dip following a bit of shopping
The villa is just 15-20 minutes walking distance from Tapia (or 10 minutes by horse-drawn carriage), the center of Spetses, where one can find all modern services.

Travel information for Spetses
The Nearest airport to Spetses is the Athens Elefterios Venizelos International airport. From the airport it is a 30 min-1hr ride to Pireus (Athen's main port). You can take a bus (particularly useful is the express bus that goes from the airport staight to Pireous), taxi or train. The ride is very swift, thanks to a new highway system that by-passes most of the city and goes straight to the port of Pireus.From the port of Pireus, Spetses is 2.5 hours away by hydrofoil or 3 hours by catamaran. If you want to see all the islands between Pireus and Spetses, take a normal passenger ship, which will cover the same distance in approximately 5 hours. Trip times differ based on how many islands the vessel will visit. In some cases they visit all of them - in others only a few. Spetses is the last island in the standard Argo-Saronikos line.
The ship will arrive at the main port of Spetses, called Tapia. Once there, the villa is a 10 minute ride by the traditional horse drawn carriage. Cars are not allowed in Spetses, except for very few taxis and other professional vehicles. The preferred mode of transportation on the island is the scooter, of which there are plenty to rent.

Luxury rental villas set around a large pool, just minutes from the beach. The three villas are divided into ground and upper floor holiday rental accommodation, each with their own entrances. They can be rented separately or as multiple apartments and studios to provide accommodation for up to 6 families holidaying together. The ground floor accommodation sleeps 4 and the upper floor studio apartments sleep 2/3. The villas have a fabulous view of the sea and mountains, and Spetses' old harbour with shops and restaurants is just a short walk away. 2010: Good availability.
