If you stay at our luxury two bedroom two bathroom townhouse you will have uninterrupted views of the sea from all rooms. You will be able to have breakfast on the sea- facing balcony just outside your bedroom and in the evening to dine alfesco under the moonlight on the large sea facing patio. For desert pick some fresh peaches or nectarines from the fruit trees in front of you or just enjoy the aroma of jasmine and honeysuckle.

You will be able to prepare your own meals if you so wish in the fully equipped kitchen or outside on the gas fired barbecue.Flavour your meal with lemons from the lemon trees in the garden and freshly picked thyme, mint or rosemary growing at your feet. If the heat becomes too much you can either cool off in the large communal pool or walk downhill two hundred yards to the private small sea area which forms part of the complex.

Alternatively, turn on the airconditioning and view the scenery from the large picture windows. Watch the sailing boats floating leisurely by, in the distance.At night watch the full moon , its reflection bathing in the sea stretching far into the night

ACCOMODATION

The villa is situated on two levels, on the first floor is an entrance hall and two bedrooms one with double bed and one with two singles, two ensuite bathrooms and a sea-facing balcony. There is a staircase leading down to the large reception area consisting of a lounge, dining area with fireplace, separate cloakroom with basin,and fully equiped kitchen with washing machine, oven etc.There is no television just music and a selection of books to help you relax and get away from it all. Large sliding doors lead to the wide terrace with wonderful sea views and a pergola covered with bougainvillea and jasmine. Off the terrace are a variety of fruit trees which can be picked if in season. You have access to the communal hotel pool which is situated on the ridge nearby.

Location: 2 kms from Skala on the road to Poros. This is our own property and we let it out during part of the season.We hope you will love it as much as we do.

Shopping: There are a few large supermarkets in Argostoli but most food requirements can be met in shops at Skala and Poros

Look out for the fishermen in their small truck selling fresh fish in Skala in the early afternoon .

Closest and best in our opinion Skala beach fringed by pine trees with acres of light sand.
Kaminia Beach (about 2kms from Skala)--very shallow sea goes on for miles-area where turtles nest.
